We forge steel from 50 grams to 8 kg

Our advanced machinery allows us to forge any kind of piece required.

We particularly specialize in forging all kinds of steel from 50 grams to 8 kg: carbon steel, steel alloys, stainless steel, nickel alloys and special steels.
To produce the highest quality, we carefully control the production process in every detail, with visual checks. Our goal is customer satisfaction.

Design

We ourselves design and manufacture the equipment that we use on the 7 forging process-lines in our production department, all with induction ovens.

Production

The steel drop forging lines rely on 4 die forging hammers: one 2000 kgm Lasco forging hammer, one Pensotti 1000 kgm forging hammer and two workstations MPM 1600B; 3 press lines, including a Manzoni 1000 T press, an Eumuco 1000 T press and a Farina 2000T press; 1 compensator line Vaccari 850 T, as well as a mint line.

Control

To ensure the highest quality, every item that comes off the forging production-lines is checked visually and by sampling, using instruments which undergo regular calibration.
